Job Description:	Top law firm is seeking a patent prosecution associate or patent agent with 2-5 years experience. Responsibilities include preparation and prosecution of patent applications and assisting in drafting opinions and conducting due diligence investigations. Ideal candidates must posses a degree in electrical engineering, as well as have admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Note that experience with telecommunications, signal processing, video, television, digital electronics, database technology, and user interfaces is preferred.
