Job Description:	Well-know law firm is seeking a patent attorney with 4+ years of patent prosecution experience. Candidate must have experience drafting and prosecuting complex electrical/mechanical and software patent applications, preparing legal opinions, providing litigation support, and posses substantial experience in drafting non-provisional patent applications and office action responses. An electrical or computer engineering degree is required. Experience in telecommunications is a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must also be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and be a member of the Florida Bar.
